Waiver: The Pathfinder Trailhead Retreat will include one workout and one surprise immersive mastery experience. The workout will be designed for all fitness levels but participants should modify as necessary. Consult your doctor if you have any concern about participation. The mastery experience will be physically and mentally challenging but anyone can do it. It will not require prior experience or specific abilities but you will be tested to the fullest.
